DonnLabs provides custom software development, mobile app development, and technical consulting services. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work product created by DonnLabs will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

DonnLabs' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
